West end of Mountain Avenue
In 1989 Sovick Design/Builders tore down a dilapitated commercial greenhouse and built two Victorian style homes on Grandview Avenue at the west end of Mountain Avenue in Fort Collins. Over the next 16 years we continued to develop the area as opportunity arose.
Over that time we designed and built eight single family homes with an eclectic mix of architectural styles: Victorian, Bungalow, Craftsman and Contemporary.
The result is that a "run-down" area has been transformed into a flavorful neighborhood.
