Progressive Living
We are very excited to announce the creation of a new Green-built community in northwestern Fort Collins.
Spring Green will be a neighborhood of 17 homes. Five of these lots will offer the opportunity to have an apartment or office as part of the garage.
Sovick Design/Builders will design and build this progressive community, relying on the experience of having built and designed hundreds of homes in the Fort Collins area over the past 30 years. The design philosophy will be to encompass the latest in green and sustainable building methods, materials, and techniques. Influence for the general style of buildings will invoke elements from older American homes with the flow of modern floor plans. There will be an emphasis on quality of materials over quanitity of space. Standard features will include energy efficient construction, consideration to solar features, and comfortable outdoor room spaces.
A new leg of the City trail adjacent to Spring Green will enable the residents to bike to downtown Fort Collins or hike up to the foothills.
House construction is projected to begin in the Spring of 2007.
